Marc Mason has been in the construction and trades industry since he walked out of technical high school and picked up his first set of tools in 2005. What started as a career quickly became something Marc genuinely enjoyed and took pride in. Over the years, Marc earned his Master Plumber's license, built his skills across every corner of the trade, and eventually made the leap into entrepreneurship — not just because he was good at the work, but because he enjoyed helping people solve problems and making a real difference for customers.

Marc is also the author of The Resilient Entrepreneur, a best-selling book on Amazon that gives readers an honest, unfiltered look at the journey behind scenes of his past and RCL which includes the setbacks, the lessons, and the drive that turned a one-man hustle into a growing team of dedicated professionals.
