Matt was a highly competent professional who expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our HVAC system. He clearly explained both the root cause and the repair process, which gave me confidence in the work being performed. Based on this experience, I decided to sign up for a maintenance plan with RCL Mechanical. I hope all of their technicians are as knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused as Matt.

Total A/C replacement. Efficient estimating process like other companies, quick install, and seemingly a fair price. Not really 5-star service, as there was no follow-up after they were paid. I'm still waiting for them to replace a bad pressure senser (2 weeks so far). No one bothered to let me know when if and when it would be installed. I talked to the salesman on the 2nd day, who said he would pass on my message, but still never heard back. I finally called to ask about it and about my concern that it might be cycling too often, plus they didn't leave the manual. On day of install, text message said the installer arrived 20 minutes before he actually did.

RCL Mechanial can't say enough from the first phone call on a sunday afternoon of all times till five hours later, air conditioning up and running on a hot sunday i can't be more grateful to the folks that I interacted with Marc receptionists make an appointment, Matthew coming to my home on a hot night finding the problem explaining it to me, fixing it, unbelievable the commitment from everyone helping is up and beyond.Thank you very much, RCL!.. and with all that I have to mention how fairly priced the whole process was highly recommend!. Thank you again:)

RCL has now replaced both my furnace and my AC and they're quick and thorough. When I needed repairs done, they got me in the next day and got my system back up and running.

JT is/was amazing.. literally saved the day in less then hr when NO ONE knew how to fix the issue. I will ALWAYS recommend them for any and all plumbing issues.

RCL did an outstanding job installing out new HVAC system. Devin, the sales tech, was incredibly responsive from start to finish, he answered all of our questions and quickly put any concerns we had at ease. The pricing was very fair, and they were able to schedule the installation appointment much faster than we expected.
The installation itself went smoothly without a hitch. The technicians were punctual, professional, and efficient. They completed the job exactly as promised and took the time to walk my husband through what they were doing during the installation, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a great experience and would 1000% recommend RCL to our friends and family!

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a busted water heater and water all over the basement. Reached out to RCL and Matt was at our place in probably under an hour. Super nice guy and very skilled - the new installation looks great and couldn’t be happier with how quickly he had us up and running - like amazingly quick. I was fully expecting to go without hot water until Monday at the earliest. Thanks Matt and RCL for such great work. I would 100% use their services again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or HVAC services. Thanks to their dispatcher Jade as well for her courtesy and professionalism.

We called and less than 24hrs later we had a tech arrive for some upgrades as well as rutein repairs. Sergio arrived today, with a giant smile ready to work. He was very respectful of our property and belongings here, and even went above and beyond teaching me a few things I could do myself to improve maintenance. The shower is looking GREAT, there is no longer ANY leaks ANYWHERE. My wife and I couldn't be happier so close to the holiday season.

I had an old electrical system that sparked a couple of times. I had no hot water,lost lights in some areas of the house. My stove also wouldn't work. Fortunately , I didn't lose my power to the refrigerator and freezer. I had to have an entire updated system installed to circuit breakers!
RCL Mechanical was recommended and I called. The guys that came were awesome! They went above and beyond! I would 100% recommend their services!!

Technician did a professional job. Everything was placed nice and neat. The company was very fast processing our request. In three days, our new heating system was installed. Thanks to RCL I will recommend this company.

Had tech out to do seasonal maintenance. Working fine. Then stopped working. Another tech out; couldn’t determine problem. A third tech (supervisor) found problem and returned following day to repair. They went above and beyond to get this done and we are grateful to all involved

Bryan has been to my home a couple of times. Each time he's friendly, thorough, tidy and all-around wonderful!!!! He explains his repairs in steps that are fully understood. It'd because of techs like him that makes RCL my 'go to' company!

Chris was great, came during the timeframe I was given. Received an email 30 minutes before he arrived and a phone call. Fixed the issue and made recommendations for maintenance.

I had my.heat vents cleaned and the company they sent was very good. I cancelled the maintenance plan the same day I paid Devon the check but I have not received my refund and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Sent messages and tried the phone number that is not in service. Out $349.00 for a canceled service plan I never received. Cleaning heat vents and service plan was $1394.00 total.
